Interlocked (Stripwound) Metal Hose

Interlocked construction provides a metal hose that offers flexibility, strength and economy. A single metal strip is formed to create a flexible interlocked metal hose that offers superior life. This hose is available from 5/16” to 16” ID. Excellent for material handling from fumes to hot clinker. It can be fitted with a wide variety of end treatments including camloks, flanges, banloks or pipe fittings. Can be ‘packed’ with wire or cording. Service temperature varies from 750°F to 1800°F depending on construction. It is available in galvanized or stainless steel construction, with either galvanized or stainless steel liner, in a variety of weights. The strip thickness of this product ranges from .010” to .030”. When combined with a smooth liner, you get a flexible metal hose of superior strength that resists material build-up and internal abrasion. In result, materials flow smoothly in the direction shown by arrows stenciled on the hose.
