Return Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026.

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. Return must be in unused condition and will incur a 15% restocking fee. To start a return, call or email us first so we can issue a return authorization. Please do not ship items back without one.

Custom hose assemblies and cut-to-length hose are made for your order. They are not returnable unless we made an error or the item is defective.

If we shipped the wrong item or something arrives defective, contact us within 10 business days and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Approved returns are credited according to your account terms.
